On masks, she wrote, “The scientific usefulness of a mask has been so aggressively overstated, and the foundational importance of the Constitution has been so aggressively understated, that we have normalized people screaming obscenities at each other while hiking.”

She also said: “The Covid virus was supposed to be contained in the kind of lab where people wear astronaut suits and go through triple sealed doors. It is a con of massive proportion to assert that now, having escaped those environs, a bandana will magically do the trick.”

The pore size of cloth face coverings range from ~ 20-100 microns. The Covid virus is 200-1000x smaller than that, at 0.1 microns. Putting up a chain link fence will not keep out a mosquito. Even the most esteemed medical journals admit their purpose is to calm anxiety. “Expanded masking protocols’ greatest contribution may be to reduce the transmission of anxiety …”

Bob Adelmann is an Ivy League graduate and former investment advisor, Bob is a regular contributor to The New American, writing primarily on economics and politics.

A graduate of Cornell University with two degrees, including an MBA with a concentration in economics and finance. Bob moved to Colorado Springs with his family in 1964. He started selling life insurance (in a new town with no natural market) and within a few years had qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table several times (this was back when a dollar was still worth fifty cents!).

His career path took him from insurance into estate planning, and then into investment and tax planning. In 1984 he was nominated as one of the top ten investment salesmen for a major Wall Street investment firm. Following the stock market crash in October of 1987, Bob started his own investment management company, which grew to over $15 million under management in less than 10 years.

After selling his investment company to his son, Bob started some other companies. Following the sale of his last company, Bob started writing for The New American magazine and for its website, www.thenewamerican.com. In addition, Bob writes regularly for his own website, www.lightfromtheright.com.

Bob is a life member of the John Birch Society and The National Rifle Association.

He and his wife Mary live in Colorado Springs, Colorado and they are active as deacons and members of the choir at the First Presbyterian Church.

Richard Higgins is the Vice President of Unconstrained Analytics. He has spent 20 years combating terrorism and is an expert on the nexus between theological doctrines and information age unconventional warfare .

Rich Higgins served on the National Security Council in the Trump Administration as the Director for Strategic Planning. He was removed in 2017 after warning of a deep state coup to remove the President.

Higgins was Vice President of Intelligence & National Security for RED, LLC, a company that develops, tests and evaluates new combat capabilities for special operations, intelligence and irregular warfare missions.

From 2011 to 2013, Higgins managed a classified project for Special Operations Command (SOCOM). From 2010 to 2011, he served as the Chair of Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict at the National Defense University.

In 2004, he formed the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Irregular Warfare Support (IWS) program office and served as the organization’s first Program Manager until June 2010. In this role he was directly responsible for the creation of several new strategic and operational capabilities.

Higgins has advised the White House, Congress, and Foreign Governments on strategy, technology, and terrorism related matters. He is a 2011 Lincoln Fellow from the Claremont Institute.

A US Army Veteran, Rich Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University as well as a Masters Degree in Strategic Security from the National War College. He resides in Virginia.

He also testifies at trials where immigration is at issue and participates in public speaking engagements across the U.S. He hosts his Blog Talk Radio show, "The Michael Cutler Hour" on Friday evenings on USA Talk Radio. Bob Marshall served in the Virginia General Assembly for 26 years as a Republican legislator. Bob also was a Congressional aide to three members of Congress.

Bob Marshall and a colleague devised the original 1976 Hyde Amendment cutting off Medicaid abortion funding. Bob later devised other abortion funding amendments on Military, Civil Service, Foreign Aid, Indian Health Service, and prison Appropriations bills that are still federal law.

Bob was the House of Delegates author of the 2006 Virginia voter approved one man, one woman Marriage Amendment and the still on the books ban on partial birth infanticide.

He is the author of more than 50 Virginia laws.

He won a precedent setting law suit (Marshall vs. Northern Virginia Transportation Authority), over Governor Tim Kaine, the Attorney General, the Speaker of the House of Delegate and two thirds of the Virginia General Assembly as the only sitting state legislator to legally challenge a law that granted power to unelected officials to raise transportation taxes.

The Virginia Supreme Court agreed with Delegate Marshall in a 7-0 decision in 2008.

Bob Marshall is the co-author of Blessed are the Barren, (Ignatius Press) a social history of Planned Parenthood. His Eminence John Cardinal O’Connor and Dr. Barnard Nathanson who founded NARAL wrote prefaces to Bob’s book.

Bob Also wrote Reclaiming the Republic, a how to civics book for Christians to learn the levers of civic power published in 2018 by TAN Books.

Virginia newspapers recognized Bob Marshall as very well versed in parliamentary tactics.

Bob and his wife Cathy have five children and ten grandchildren.

Over the past three decades, Bill Jasper has researched and written extensively on terrorism, foreign and domestic politics, national security, education, immigration, communism, constitutional issues, the culture war, and most notably, the United Nations.

Bill has been an accredited correspondent at the United Nations headquarters in New York for nearly three decades. He is the author of the 2001 book, The United Nations Exposed and the 1992 book, Global Tyranny-Step by Step: The United Nations and the Emerging New World Order. Both books were praised by many as the most authoritative and detailed expose's of the UN ever written.

Art Thompson has held virtually every volunteer and staff position in the Society, including National Director of Development and Communications and National Director of Field Activities. For several years, he represented the Society in a variety of media events, including appearing on “60 Minutes,” and was for a short time on our Speakers Bureau. He was the CEO of The John Birch Society from October 2005 to July 2020.

Art is the author of “To the Victor Go the Myths and Monuments,” “International Merger by Foreign Entanglements,” “In the Shadow of the Deep State,” and “China: The Deep State’s Trojan Horse in America.” He continues to regularly contribute to JBS through his writing, video appearances, fundraising efforts, and advice to staff. He resides in Appleton, Wisconsin, with his wife Joanne.
